President Donald Trump endorsed Rep. Denver Riggleman for re-election in a tweet sent out this afternoon. Riggleman represents Virginia’s 5th Congressional District.
Riggleman, a member of the House Freedom Caucus who is in his first term, tweeted out his thanks.
A convention in the spring of 2020 will decide the Republican nominee for this seat.
