Former Stafford County Supervisor Paul Milde is challenging Delegate Bob Thomas in 28th District. This is a rematch of the primary from 2017. Since then, Thomas voted for Medicaid Expansion and right after that Milde jumped back into running for this seat.
We like Milde in this race. He is a solid conservative who won’t buckle under pressure from rabid Democrats or moderate Republicans. “We trust Paul” is his campaign slogan, a reference to Thomas flipping from running against expanding Medicaid to voting for Medicaid Expansion.
