NFIB Endorses Denver Riggleman

National Federation of Independent Business has endorsed Republican Denver Riggleman for Congress. NFIB sent out the following press release today-

Washington, D.C. (August 23, 2018) – NFIB, the nation’s leading small business advocacy association, today is endorsing Denver Riggleman for Virginia’s 5th Congressional District.

“Denver Riggleman holds a deep understanding of the challenges small businesses face because he lives them each and every day,” said NFIB’s Virginia State Director Nicole Riley. “As a small business owner, he is aware of the effects that overregulation and excessive taxation can have on small businesses. We are confident that he will be a reliable supporter of Virginia small businesses in the United States House of Representatives. On behalf of our members in Virginia’s 5th Congressional District, we are proud to endorse Denver Riggleman for election to the U.S. House.”

Denver Riggleman has been a business owner throughout the last two decades. He currently owns a small business in Afton, Virginia called Silverback Distillery.

“As a small business owner, I know the challenges that come with starting and growing a small business and dealing with burdensome regulations. NFIB has consistently been an advocate for small business and has done fantastic work to make it easier to find success as a small business owner. I will be a tireless advocate for small business in Washington, working to reduce harmful regulations and create a climate where businesses can thrive,” said Riggleman.
