Democratic voters in the 10th Congressional District surprisingly gave nutjob Dave Helmer, or maybe it’s Dan Helmer, a glorious fourth place finish last week in a six-way primary. Incredible performance for the guy who created one of the worst campaign ads ever.

6,712 Democrats actually voted for the guy. Wow. We sure would hate to be Paul Pelletier or Julia Biggins, who fiinshed way behind Helmer. That’s got to hurt.
Political office isn’t for everyone. Dave or Dan Helmer illustrates that well. Time for him to go away, “ba dup, ba dup, ba dup…”
