What the hell happened? As of 1:30am on Election Night, the Ds caught up to the Rs in the House of Delegates.
The finger pointing blame game has already started. Insert the name of a person/faction/policy and hammer it, that’s the formula. Sometimes it works, but most times it doesn’t.
