Entirely Different Treatment When The Accused Is A Democrat

We are seeing glaring contrasts from the way the news of sexual assault allegations from a few months ago on a Supreme Court nominee were received versus the way sexual assault allegations on Justin Fairfax are being received. The former was deemed guilty the minute the news broke, while the latter is being afforded the opportunity to explain and wait until additional facts are gathered.

Fairfax has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a hotel room at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. He says the encounter was consensual.

We believe in Due Process, so let an investigation run its course. If Fairfax is guilty then he shouldn’t be in elected office and he’ll need to resign. But until we know for sure, let’s wait.

When Democrats hammered a Supreme Court nominee they did so saying, “believe all women.” That meant nothing other than he’s guilty. Don’t think it meant anything else. To Democrats, a allegation against a Republican is a conviction. They even called that Supreme Court nominee a gang rapist because of one accuser, but that crazy lady, a client of Michael Avenatti, was easily discredited.

Fairfax is getting a completely different treatment. Democrats are not calling him a rapist. They want to see more information. “Believe all women” has hit a speed bump.

Here is the statement from the Democratic Party of Virginia-

That’s the opposite of what that Supreme Court nominee received just a few months ago.

Democrats deserved to be lambasted for this. Senators Mark Warner and Tim Kaine are among the list of pretty much every Democrat in Virginia who had a now Supreme Court Justice convicted of sexual assault.

What is clear is that Supreme Court nominee was falsely accused by a pussy hat wearing political activist. But most Democrats still don’t think so. Never mind the total lack of evidence, the flimsy story, the inability of the accuser to offer any details other than just the name of the man President Trump tapped to replace a moderate Justice. Democrats haven’t recanted their claims while absolutely nothing has been done to follow through with those horrible allegations. Odd, don’t you think?

So the same with Fairfax, right? Nope. They all don’t believe he is a rapist. Odd, don’t you think?

Democrats can learn from this. When an allegation is made wait for the facts. A Supreme Court nominee was falsely accused of all kinds of deviant behavior. Thankfully Republicans stayed tough and didn’t fall for the media trial that had that Supreme Court nominee guilty before he even made a statement. With Fairfax, everyone should wait to see what happens. Due Process is a great thing. Again, if Fairfax is guilty then he shouldn’t be in elected office and he’ll need to resign. But until we know for sure, let’s wait.

Believe all women without question or believe in Due Process. There is nothing wrong with believing in Due Process. The truth always comes out eventually. Sometimes it takes longer than it should, but it eventually comes out.
