Big John For Supervisor

John Miska has launched a write-in campaign for Rio District Supervisor on the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors. Big John, as he is known, is a veteran and community activist who cares deeply about this country. He is an active member of local Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion posts and every year he volunteers for Republican candidates.

He is the only candidate in the race to have two Emmys, for video and technical support working for ESPN Speedworld.

He is also the local Good Samaritan who kept taking down the tarps that covered Robert E. Lee’s statue in Charlottesville. He did so as a veteran and community activist who respects history. Here is the link to a story about his efforts to take down the tarp, which the City of Charlottesville illegally put up (state law protects Lee’s statue so it’s up to the state government, not the locals).

If you live in Albemarle County in Rio District, then write in Republican John Miska for Supervisor.
