Drawing Postponed

The Democrat running for the House of Delegates in the 94th District has filed a lawsuit claiming she is the helpless victim of an open and transparent recount process. Shocker.

The 94th ended on Election Night with Republican Delegate David Yancey winning by just 10 votes. Democrats seem to always find votes in a recount and here they found the 10 votes they needed to tie the score at 11,608.

The recount process opens with a court hearing and ends with a court hearing. The Democrat claims the process was unfair even though her and her lawyers were offered the same opportunity as the other side.

So for now the drawing of lots by the State Board of Elections to determine the winner will be postponed. Stay tuned for more.
